Net Halt Daemon is a very simple HTTP server build with boost asio. It is
used to shutdown or reboot a computer over the network by issuing a
HTTP GET request addressing either the resource '/shutdown' or the
resource '/reboot'.
This server is meant to cooperate with tools like the Remote-Wake-Sleep-
On-LAN-Server [1] that gives the user the possibility to wakeup and
shutdown his machines using a simple web application.
