* upgrade to busybox 1.2.1
  * activate CONFIG_FEATURE_PS_WIDE=y in busybox config for a complete 
    output of the process list with "ps ww"
* removed support of prep script
* remove prefixes /opt/files and /opt/etc from build-archives (rootfs.img and
  opt_tar.bz2).
  * the following links in the rootfs: /opt/etc -> /etc und /opt/files -> / will
    be removed in the next fli4l-version, as they are obsolete.

* convert old portfw configuration to new one so we only use one
  format internally

  * handle module naming strangeness - some modules have an alias 
    named foo_bar while the module is named foo-bar
  * handle variables in option filed of add_to_opt
* add dmfe to kernel-2.6-driver-list, as it exists and is working
* do not allow COMP_TYPE_ROOTFS='bzip2' when a kernel 2.6 is used, no support by 
  kernel 2.6 for bzip2 compressed rootfs
* Windows Build:
  * fix bug remoteupdate with boot_type=integrated 
    do not try to copy opt_tar.bz2

* add sysctl statements to disable Antenna Diversity, 
  which is on by driver defaults.

    I82365 and TCIC for xen since they depend on ISA bus support which 
    is not enabled for xen)
