To execute the xml tools it's required to have xlstproc and libxslt1.1 installed

Call "make -C _TOOLS/xml PKT=<package> <target>" to create <tgt> for a package  
or "make -C _TOOLS/xml <target> to create <target>" for all packages

possible <target>s are
- all
  Creare all targets below

- rrd-graph
  Create a rrd-graph include file for httpd by transforming
  "src/<package>/srv/www/include/rrd-*.xml" to 
  "src/<package>/srv/www/include/rrd-*.inc" cgi include file
  The xml file must conform to rrd-graph.xsd schema
